Hank is even named after all the important things about the heart. Here he’ll show you! First, let’s start with H! H stands for Heart – Hank likes to teach kids all about their heart – inside and out. How it’s built, how it works, and what it’s like when heart differences occur – which are very common. Next is A for Activity! Keeping your heart active is what keeps you healthy. Like riding a bike or other outdoor activities. N is for Nutrition – mmmm Yummy! Hank loves fruits and vegetables. Salads are his favorite! Finally, K is for Kindness. Hank thinks this one is so very important. Kindness means loving yourself, your family, friends, and all the people you meet in this world. Kindness also means loving all the differences that makes us all unique and interesting! Make sure you hug someone today and share your heart with them!
